Over the last 25 years, as the inventors of VNC, we've enabled a global workforce to work wherever works and created the remote access market. Since that time, our software and services have continually improved, with our flagship product, RealVNC Connect, facilitating a global workforce of 90,000+ enterprise customers.

We are certified to ISO 27001:2022, an internationally recognized information security standard, to give assurance to our customers of our commitment to security, and that the confidentiality, integrity, availability and privacy of their data will be maintained adequately.

You don't have to take just our word for our security stance. We perform independent, annual CREST certified penetration testing. In 2022, we became the first remote access solution to perform a complete white box audit to validate our security, with another white box audit conducted in 2025, with the auditors having access to all of the source code, binaries and API/protocol documentation.
